Ongofix provides a warranty on all repairs performed by us. The warranty period is specified in your invoice and is dependent on the kind of parts used.

Your Ongofix warranty will not be applicable in the following conditions:

  1. We do not cover any type of accidental damage, and our warranty is invalid in all such circumstances. The warranty does not cover either indirect or direct harm or damage caused by accidents.
  2. Any display problems that occur without the need for user intervention and are connected to screen quality, notably visible lines and blank screens.
  3. Excessive or serious damage to the device or screen, where there is a likelihood that internal components have been harmed. Significant visible damage may cause internal components to be harmed, resulting in screen or other system issues. Any part replacement for which such damage is reported at the time of order fulfillment is not covered by the warranty. As any component damage/malfunction would become evident after promptly disassembling the device and reassembly, Ongofix Repair or any of its representatives would not be accountable or liable for these issues.
  4. Mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or break will not be tolerated. Repeated mistreatment of the screen, such as a forceful push, may cause discoloration or line on the display.
  5. Subsequent drops, whether accidental or intentional.
  6. Water caused damage to the device.
  7. Internal hardware tampering or altering
  8. Damage caused by attempted client self-repairs
  9. Unrelated to the repair, issues with software
  10. Devices that have been jailbroken
  11. Damages that are unrelated to the the original repairs
  12. Any data loss that occurs as a consequence of the repair. (We urge customers to pull up a backup of their data before the repair service).

Warranty Terms & conditions:
  1. The warranty set provided in these Terms applies exclusively to the repaired equipment and the original customer. Under no circumstance is the warranty transferred to other devices or to any other individual than you.
  2. You must inform Ongofix of any warranty claim, and Ongofix will then notify the Third Party Specialist of the need to investigate the warranty claim, the Third Party Specialist who performed the repair service will bear sole responsibility for carrying out the warranty repair services. By utilizing the Services, you authorize the Third Party Specialist to repair your mobile phone, tablet device, or any other item. You acknowledge that neither Ongofix nor the Third Party Specialists are Authorized Service Providers (ASP) of any mobile phone or device manufacturer, and that neither Ongofix nor the Third Party Specialists are affiliated with the devices manufacturer. Furthermore, by accessing the Services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold Ongofix harmless from any claims or damages of any kind or description that could result from any electronic device repair work performed on your device, unless caused by the Third Party Professional's gross negligence.
  3. By using the Services, you agree that Ongofix is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a consequence of services performed on your device. You also acknowledge that you have the choice and are responsible for backing up your device prior to permitting the Third Party Specialist to fix it.
  4. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any repairs or technical assistance provided by a Third Party Specialist could invalidate manufacturer warranties for the device repaired, and that Ongofix will bear no responsibility or warranty if the manufacturer warranties are voided. Ongofix and Third Party Specialists accept no responsibility for any consequential or indirect losses resulting from a repair or repair attempt, including any damage or loss of data, software, or customer earnings or revenue.
  5. Ongofix warrants to you that every a component and accessory provided to you as a part of the repair carried out by the Third Party Specialist under these Terms will be materially free of manufacturing defects from the date the repair Services are provided to you for a period of at least 90 days, so long as you remain the owner. Ongofix's entire responsibility under this warranty, and your exclusive remedy, is limited to, in Ongofix's sole discretion, repair or replacement of the faulty item or accessory given as a component of the repair. This warranty is non-transferable under these Terms.
  6. Please keep in mind that Ongofix's duties under the warranty set out in these Terms are contingent on you promptly notifying both the Third Party Specialist and Ongofix of any warranty claim and following Ongofix's then-current warranty procedures.
