Failures of our products or services, if any, will be investigated and resolved in accordance with the terms and solutions available in the circumstances.

Ongofix warranty will not be applicable in the following conditions:
  1. Blank Screen, any type’s lines, any type’s spots & Reflector Screen issues Not Cover in Warranty
  2. We do not cover any type of accidental damage, and our warranty is invalid in all such circumstances. The warranty does not cover either indirect or direct harm or damage caused by accidents
  3. Any display problems that occur without the need for user intervention and are connected to screen quality, notably visible lines and blank screens.
  4. Excessive or serious damage to the device or screen, where there is a likelihood that internal components have been harmed. Significant visible damage may cause internal components to be harmed, resulting in screen or other system issues. Any part replacement for which such damage is reported at the time of order fulfillment is not covered by the warranty. As any component damage/malfunction would become evident after promptly disassembling the device and reassembly, Ongofix Repair or any of its representatives would not be accountable or liable for these issues.
  5. Mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or break will not be tolerated. Repeated mistreatment of the screen, such as a forceful push, may cause discoloration or line on the display.
  6. Subsequent drops, whether accidental or intentional.
  7. Water caused damage to the device.
  8. Internal hardware tampering or altering
  9. Damage caused by attempted client self-repairs
  10. Unrelated to the repair, issues with software
  11. Devices that have been jailbroken
  12. Damages that are unrelated to the the original repairs
  13. Any data loss that occurs as a consequence of the repair. (We urge customers to pull up a backup of their data before the repair service).
  14. in case the device is transferred or sold to another user. The second-hand user will not be entitled to the warranty.
  15. Warranty on Battery is NOT valid in case of excessive charging, battery swell, overnight charging or use of non-OEM Charging Cable/Adapters
How can I claim my warranty?
  1. To avail warranty, the customer needs to send a short video and photos of the phone along with the problem facing by the customer & invoice on the company email id for complaint@ongofix.com . After providing the necessary details, you’ll receive the warranty if all the prerequisites are fulfilled
  2. Ongofix provides a warranty on repairs performed by us. The warranty period is specified in your invoice and is dependent on the kind of parts used.
  3. Our team generally resolves an issue within 24 hours to 72 hours from the moment you send us a query. You will get reply over mail for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.
  4. Warranty can be availed in company serviceable territories only.

Important Note: In order to prevent any loss of data from occurring as a result of the repair, customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt.

What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment?

It wouldn’t be an issue as you can reschedule your booking anytime. Please let us know your preferred time and location before 1 hour of your scheduled time and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel the request, you have to pay the visit charges of Rs. 399 (it happens)

What does the warranty cover?

We provide 90 days warranty on the spare part replacement. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not encompass damage due to manual intervention.

Important Note: The warranty is valid only for the parts repaired or replaced. For example, if the screen of the phone is replaced then the warranty is for the screen only and not for other parts.
